- Property Damage: We will take reasonable care during treatments, but we are not liable for pre-existing property damage or damage caused by pests.
- Health and Safety: We are not responsible for any health issues arising from failure to follow our safety guidelines or instructions.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.
